Terms of Service (public offer)

1. Service

CoopCut sells one custom chicken coop plan for $29.99 (US dollars), paid once. From your answers (number of hens, bird size, climate, coop design, run and roof style), our own code calculates the coop and run size, the drawings, a framing diagram for each wall, the framing members list, a cut list, plywood cutting diagrams, a shopping list and the build steps. You get them on a private web page and as a printable US Letter PDF. No AI service is used. The plan is guidance for a backyard hobby building, not an engineered or stamped drawing, and it is not engineered for heavy snow or for a specific snow or wind load: before you build, check your local building code and your zoning, permit and HOA rules, and follow them where they differ from the plan. A free preview is shown before you pay; the full result is unlocked after payment.

2. Price and payment

The price is shown before payment ($29.99, one-time, no subscription). Payment is processed by monobank (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). The order is accepted once payment succeeds.

3. Delivery

The result appears on your private order page, usually within a few minutes after payment, and we email you the link and the PDF.

4. Eligibility

You must be 16 or older to buy.

5. Refunds

If you find an error in your plan (a wrong dimension, cut length, piece count or quantity), email heldig.lab@pm.me within 14 days of purchase: we fix the plan and send it again, or refund you in full, as you prefer. We also refund in full if your plan is not delivered within 24 hours or the PDF does not open. Each plan is made to order from your answers, so refunds for a correct, delivered plan are otherwise at our discretion. Refunds are issued by the seller through monobank to the card you paid with.

6. Acceptable use

Do not enter or upload anything illegal, hateful or sexual, or anything that infringes someone else's rights. We may refuse any order and refund it.

7. Liability

The service is provided as is. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights of your country of residence.
